The copyright and associated reproduction rights of all original artwork, pre- and post-sale, belong to the artist, Jane Peng.
Colours of the actual artwork may be influenced to some extent by the screen settings of the laptop/phone/device used to access this website. However, in photographing artworks for this website, we strive as much as possible to illustrate the artwork's original colours and artworks are checked on a colour-calibrated screen prior to being publishing on this site. If you wish to see more photos of a particular painting you are looking to acquire, please contact us by email for assistance.
In most countries that we ship to (eg USA, Singapore, etc.), there is no customs duty for original artwork such as those that we sell. In the unlikely event that customs duty is applicable, the buyer is responsible for paying for the customs duty.
Gift cards purchased on janepeng.com are only redeemable for orders placed directly on janepeng.com.
Gift cards purchased on this site are transferable but are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for a cash value.
All gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
We accept returns for a refund within 14 days of delivery. If you believe that this is necessary due to the artwork , please email us at email@example.com or by filling in the form on our Contact page here. You should receive an email response from us within 1 business day to discuss the matter. Should the buyer decide to proceed with the request for a refund, the buyer will bear the costs and responsibility for ensuring the artwork is packaged securely and delivered safely back to us in its original condition. The refund due will reflect the price paid for the painting net of shipping & handling fees.
Once an inspection on the returned artwork is completed, we will contact you by email to advise on the status of the refund. This is generally done within 1-2 working days from the date of receipt. Refunds are issued within 3 working days of our confirmation email, though please bear in mind that payment platforms/credit card companies may vary in their processing time of the refund.
Please note that commissioned artworks and any items sold at a discount are not eligible for returns and refunds.
If the painting you purchased is damaged upon delivery, please notify us by email immediately. To help us resolve your issue, please provide pictures of the relevant damage on the artwork so that we can assist you without undue delay.
We reserve the right to update the contents of this website as well as the terms and conditions of sale.
